Join me for four inspiring days of sewing, creativity, community, and fun at the beautiful RobCo Retreat Center. Nestled on 14 peaceful acres in middle Tennessee, this retreat is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and sew something special for you together.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned maker, the Sew With Me Retreat is designed to help you relax, learn new skills, make lasting friendships, and enjoy a true creative escape.
A $395 non-refundable deposit secures your seat at the retreat. The remaining $600 balance will be due prior to the retreat.
An invoice for the final payment will be emailed to you on May 4th, and full payment must be completed by this date to maintain your reservation.
Spots are limited and tend to fill quickly - early booking is highly recommended.
What happens after you book:
Once your registration and deposit are complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with retreat details. Additional information, including project supply lists, travel details, and event updates, will be sent leading up to the retreat so you feel fully prepared.

Do I need to bring my own sewing machine?
Yes! All attendees will bring their own machine. No special features are required.Are check-in and check-out times available?

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest major airport. It’s an easy drive—typically 35–45 minutes depending on traffic.
How do I get from the airport to the retreat center?
Attendees will be responsible for arranging their own transportation. Options include rental cars, ride-share services (Uber/Lyft), or coordinating with other attendees inside the private retreat Instagram group chat.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes! The RobCo Retreat Center provides all bedding and towels. You only need to bring your personal toiletries and any comfort items you like to have with you.
Will I have a roommate?
Yes. Rooms are shared among attendees with 3 people per room each with their own private bathroom. If you’re joining with a friend and want to room together, you can note this at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
Is there WiFi at the retreat center?
Yes, the retreat center offers WiFi, but signal strength may vary between buildings since the property spans 14 acres. It’s generally reliable for emails, browsing, and basic use.
What type of sewing machine do I need to bring?
Any standard sewing machine is perfectly fine for this retreat. There are no special stitch or feature requirements for the 2026 projects.
Can I bring my own sewing chair or tools?
You’re welcome to! The retreat center has tables and seating available, but if you have a chair you love or specialty tools you prefer, feel free to bring them.
What’s the vibe of the retreat? Is it structured or relaxed?
Think of it as a guided but flexible creative weekend. We have structured project time each day, but there’s also plenty of open sew time, hangout time, and freedom to move at your own pace.
I’m a beginner, will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. Classes are beginner-friendly, and I’m there to help everyone, step-by-step. The retreat is about enjoyment, growth, and connection—not perfection.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, you may bring your own beverages to enjoy responsibly during the retreat.
Are meals able to accommodate dietary restrictions?
Meals are prepared in a shared kitchen and we cannot guarantee accommodation for all dietary needs. Please contact us before registering if you have concerns.
Can I come early or stay late?
Check-in and check-out times are scheduled by RobCo Retreat Center and shared with attendees after registration. Early arrivals and late departures are not available unless specifically communicated otherwise.
Do I need to bring an iron or cutting mats?
Nope! Communal irons, ironing stations, cutting mats, and tools are provided. You only need your personal machine and notions.
Is there downtime?
Yes! You’ll have plenty of time to relax, walk the property, take photos, rest, or sew your own projects.
Can I bring my spouse/partner/kids/pet?
The retreat is limited to registered attendees only. Because space is reserved for makers, additional guests and pets are not permitted.
